The new Group Finder button merges together the functionality of the old Dungeons and PvP buttons. If you try to fly to UBRS and walk through the instance entrance, you will get a zoning error that you must be level 100.
To run this dungeon, you will need to queue up via the new Group Finder tool. It will have five bosses, ilvl 615 loot in Normal mode, and ilvl 630 loot in heroic mode. When Warlords of Draenor hits on November 13th, the revamped UBRS will be retuned for level 100 instead of level 90. (Lower Blackrock Spire is not receiving any changes and remains a level 50 instance.) Three bosses are available and they drop ilvl 550 loot. From October 14th to November 13, the first half of the revamped dungeon can be previewed at level 90. Upper Blackrock Spire is getting a facelift in the prepatch.

Other rewards include ilvl 550 loot from a special level 90 version of UBRS and a battle pet and title from Blasted Lands quests. You will need to complete the questline as a boosted character to unlock all of your abilities, and players receive ilvl 515 necks, capes, and rings as well as ilvl 520 trinkets from various quests. Like the Mists of Pandaria prelaunch event, this features an instance with special armor and a new Blasted Lands questline that can only be completed for a few weeks.
